PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Precipitation Augmentation for Crops Experiment (PACE) , conducted by the Illinois State Water Survey and NOAA Fltaland Radar Project, was part of a continuing effort to determine the conditions under which cloud seeding could be used to enhance rainfall. Specific objectivew were to examine the effects of seeding on microphysical processes and the behavior and characteristics of treated and untreated clouds.
