ISF R Software for Analysis of Time-Series
R is a computer language for statistical and graphical data analysis. It is currently used by the Integrated Surface Flux System (ISFS), the sounding group and the Integrated Sounding System (ISS) in ISF, and others.
Add-on packages for R have been developed at EOL to facilitate access to and analysis of datasets from EOL observing platforms:
- eolts: A package for reading, analysis and display of time-series and generation of spectra from those series.
- isfs: A package which simplifies the access of data from ISFS, the Integrated Surface Flux System.
- eolsonde: Package for reading, writing, analysis and display of soundings
Notes
Application
