To submit your dataset(s) and documentation to the NCAR/EOL HIWC 2022 Long-Term Field Data Archive at NCAR/EOL, you will need to contact eol-archive@ucar.edu for the login and password for transferring your data to the FTP area. Please include the total size of data and metadata that you will be transferring.

To prepare your data for transfer, you can tar or zip your files by day or what makes sense for your dataset. If your data are online elsewhere and ready to be transferred to NCAR/EOL, we can work with you to bypass transferring your data via FTP. Contact eol-archive@ucar.edu if you have any questions.

It is critical that submitted datasets are accompanied by sufficient documentation. Each dataset MUST be accompanied by a Readme file that meets the Data Set Documentation Requirements. 

It is very important to send an email to eol-archive@ucar.edu once your file(s) have been FTPed.
