Friday, September 9: RF14 from Anchorage to Jeffco. Schedule is tentative, subject to coordination with instrument teams. Leaving the hotel at 0620, stopping by the store to pick up food for lunch. Power and access at 0700, take off at 0800. If possible we would like to finish instrument warm-up in the air in order to provide for a reasonably early arrival time in Jeffco (1600 local). Estimated flight duration 5.5 hours.
Thursday, September 8: RF13 to the N. Pole. Leaving the hotel at 0630, stopping by the store to pick up food for lunch. Power and access at 0700, take off at 0900. Estimated flight duration 9+ hours.
Wednesday, September 7: Maintenance day in Anchorage. Maintenance day, power and access from 0800 to 1600. Meet in the lobby to leave for maintenance at 0740. Teleconference to discuss the Polar flight at 1100 AK time.
Tuesday, September 6: RF12 from Kona to Anchorage. Leaving the hotel at 0720, stopping by the store to pick up food for lunch. Power and access at 0800, take off at 1000. Estimated flight duration 8+ hours.
Monday, 9/5: Maintenance day, power and access from 0800 to 1600. Meet in the lobby to leave for maintenance at 0730. No telecon, visit catalog instead.
Sunday, 9/4: Hard down day. No power or access to the GV.
Saturday, 9/3: RF11 from Rarotonga to Kona. Power and access at 0800, take-off at 1000. Meet for departure to the GV at 0740 in the lobby.
Friday, 9/2 US time: Maintenance day, power and access from 0800 to 1600. Meet in the lobby to leave for maintenance at 0745.
Friday, 9/2 NZ time: RF10 to Rarotonga. Meet in the lobby for departure at 0720, power and access at 0800, take off at 1000.
Thursday, 9/1 NZ time: Maintenance day, power and access from 0800 to 1600. Prepare all cargo to be returned from NZ in the hangar and make sure it is properly labeled. There is a possibility that it may leav eearly (next week) on an opportune C-17.
Wednesday, 8/31 NZ time: Hard down day, no power or access to the GV.
Tuesday, 8/30 NZ time: RF09 to S. Pole. Flight plan is TBD; expect 8.5 hour duration, 0800 power and access and 1000 take off. Possible Lauder overflight on the return, fuel reserve and weather permitting.
Monday, 8/29 NZ time: Maintenance day, departure from the hotel at 0740, power and access from 0800 to 1600 or until finished with maintenance.
Saturday 8/27 (28 NZ time): RF08 from Rarotonga to Christchurch. Departure from the hotel at 0730; power and access at 0800, take off at 1000. ETA in Christchurch approximately 1630 local. Estimated flight duration 7.5 hours if Lauder overpass is feasible; <7 hours if Lauder is overcast. Expect descent from the high profile, with Lauder about in the middle of it.
Friday, 8/26: Maintenance day. Departure to the airport at 0745 from the hotel; power and access from 0800 to 1600 or when finished. Expect satcom access as needed. Telecon may be requested by the PIs, please refer to your E-mail in the morning of 8/26.

Tuesday, 8/23: Maintenance day in Kona, from 0800 to 1600 or until finished. Depart from the lobby of the hotel at 0730. Teleconference to plan out RF07 tentatively at 1100 Hawaii time (1500 MDT, 1700 EDT).
Monday, 8/22: RF06 to Kona, HI via Cold Bay. Power and access at 0800, take off at 1000, estimated flight duration 8 hours. Expect 8 dips.
Sunday, 8/21: Maintenance day, from 0800 to 1600 or until finished. Pavel will stop by the lobby of Captain Cook (near the front desk) at 0740 to pick up anybody needing a ride to the airplane. People may wish to bring a lunch to the airplane to help save time for a lunch trip. For the 1100 AK time telecon people are welcome to gather in room #1276 or dial in from your room.
