All NOMADSS participants who will be deploying to Smyrna in support of C-130 flight operations must review ALL of the documents in this section. You will be confirming completion of this task at either at the primary Project Safety Briefing at 1400 MDT May 20th or at a subsequent safety briefing in Smyrna by signing a copy of the Project Safety Master Form. Only after we have this confirmation will you be allowed to participate in C-130 flight operations.

 

Instrument groups must also submit a "Tool Inventory Form" for an executive tool kit to be used on flight days. Full Tool Control Policy will be implemented starting May 20th, following the Safety Briefing. We cannot begin test flights until this information has been received by Allen Schanot.
